What we collect
- Account info (name, email) and authentication data (password hash or OAuth identifiers).
- Workspace data you create (projects, feedback, votes, comments, roadmap items, changelog posts).
- Usage and device analytics for performance and product improvement.
- Optional integrations data you choose to sync (e.g., Linear/Jira issue references).
How we use data
- To provide and secure your account and workspaces.
- To send product notifications you opt into (feedback updates, roadmap changes, changelog emails).
- To improve reliability and user experience through aggregated analytics.
- To support integrations and deliver the features you request.
Sharing
- We do not sell your data.
- We share data only with processors needed to run Feedvote (hosting, email delivery, analytics).
- Integrations share only the data you explicitly connect (e.g., linked issue IDs).
Retention & security
- Data is retained while your account is active or as required by law.
- We use encryption in transit, role-based access, and least-privilege for internal tools.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated content (subject to legal obligations).
Your choices
- Manage notifications and integrations in your workspace settings.
- Request export or deletion by contacting hey@feedvote.app.
- Opt out of non-essential analytics via your browser or device settings.
Updates
- We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. Significant updates will be communicated via app notice or email.
