Service
- Feedvote provides feedback collection, voting, roadmap, changelog, and related integrations.
- You must be 18+ or have legal capacity to enter these terms.
Accounts & security
- Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
- You are responsible for content you submit to your workspace.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content or behavior.
- No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
- Respect third-party rights and applicable laws when using integrations.
Billing
- Pricing may include one-time and subscription options; details are shown at checkout.
- Taxes may apply based on your location.
- Refunds follow the posted guarantee or applicable consumer law.
Content & IP
- You keep ownership of your content. You grant Feedvote a license to host and display it to operate the service.
- Feedvote retains all rights to the platform, branding, and underlying technology.
Integrations
- If you connect third-party services (e.g., Linear/Jira), you authorize us to access the data necessary to deliver the integration.
- You remain responsible for complying with those third-party terms.
Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or applicable law.
- Upon termination, access may be disabled; we may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Disclaimers & liability
- Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- To the extent permitted by law, Feedvote is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
- We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
